Jade Irvine is an early-career artist and writer living in nipaluna/Hobart. Her creative work centres on re-examining her cultural identity and articulating a sense of place – particularly through painting and writing.
Jade is an editorial committee member for un Magazine, and she has written for organisations such as the National Gallery of Australia, ArtsHub, and Assemble Papers. She is Co-Chair of offsite artist-run initiative, Constance ARI, and the recent curator of SITE: Richmond – a multi-site public art exhibition responding to perceptions of heritage and community in a regional Tasmanian town.
Jade is passionate about sustainability in her life and work.
